Associate Benefits
Leadpoint is aware of the importance that a solid employee benefits program plays in attracting and retaining qualified employees. All Leadpoint associates on assignment will be eligible to receive the following benefits as of 4/1/2004:
3 Paid Holidays: Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day after 2,560
straight time hours of continuous service.
Paid Vacation: 40 hours after 3,120 straight time hours of continuous service.
Vacation Pay will be granted after each consecutive 3,120 hours of service.
Health Insurance including Dental, Vision, Life: Employees have the ability to
participate in our Health Insurance Plan(s) after 30 day of service.
Training: All Leadpoint Associates have free access to our PROVEIT! training
modules to enhance their current skills or learn new ones.
Weekly Pay: Leadpoint pays all associates weekly. Checks can be picked
up at our office, mailed or participate in Direct Deposit.
Direct Deposit: Leadpoint offers all Associates the option of free direct deposit.
Payroll delivery at work: If client employs more than 15 Leadpoint associates,
payroll checks will be delivered to the clients location.
