  Temporary Help
With Temporary or Flexible Staffing, you can access trained and screened Leadpoint associates when it is not economical to retain a surplus of core employees. Your flexible workforce expands and contracts to match peaks and valleys in the workload – which makes good financial sense.

Temp-to-Direct Hire
  Our Temporary –to- direct hire or Performance Hire provides an opportunity for our clients to assess an employee for a predetermined amount of time to decide if both parties should decide on a long-term relationship, the Leadpoint associate is simply transferred to your company’s payroll at no additional cost.

  How Temp-to-Direct Hire Works:
   Companies provide Summit Staffing with qualifications for a position
   Summit Staffing recruits, screens, and interviews potential associates
   Summit Staffing places the most qualified associate in your work environment
   You review the associate’s skills and work habits for a predetermined amount
of time (usually 700 hours)
   After the evaluation period, you may choose to make a joint hiring decision
based on the employer/ employee fit
   If at any time during the evaluation period, you or the employee decides
it is not a desirable match, the relationship can be dissolved with no hard
feelings or liability.

Direct Hire
  The Direct Hire program at Leadpoint places an employee on your company’s payroll without the evaluation period.

  How Direct Hire Works:
   You provide Summit Staffing with qualifications for a position
   We recruit, screen, interview and select candidates who best match your criteria
   We submit to you the most qualified resumes
   You schedule personal interviews with the candidates of your choice
   You select the best candidate from our pool of qualified applicants

Payrolling Service
Shared responsibility is the key to understanding how a payrolling service operates. When we establish a business relationship, we create a co-employment agreement between your business and ours. Quite simply, your employees become members of our workforce.

Once your employees are registered with Leadpoint, we are officially designated co-employers. Of course, you still hire, train, set schedules and pay your employees. Our co-employer status means we can begin making the process of administration simpler for you and much more efficient and cost-effective.

Leadpoint will take care of time-consuming regulatory and administrative tasks such as payroll processing, tax reporting, workers compensation compliance and more. In other words; we take care of business so you can focus on doing business.
